Animal Hospital 3D

Animal Hospital 3D is a blocky 3D physics sandbox full of crazy animal characters. Pick a world, open the Items menu and drop in whatever you like: rabbits, cats, a doctor, a nurse, cars, crates, bombs, levers and doors. Then see what happens!

Characters react to everything with ragdoll physics: they stumble, tumble and fly through the air. Grab them with the Manipulator tool and throw them across the map, try out pistols, rifles and a grenade launcher, set off grenades, mines, rockets and fireworks, drive cars or fly a helicopter.

Build and break blocks, wire up levers, pressure plates, timers, lamps and doors, and explore 8 worlds: a flat arena, a modern villa, a city hospital, a shopping mall, a village, a medieval castle, a prison and a pirate galleon. Your worlds are saved automatically.

Animal Hospital 3D is a sandbox game: there is no single goal to win. Create a world, place characters, vehicles and items, build, experiment with physics and explosions, and have fun. Unlock extra worlds and items by watching a short video.

Controls (computer):
- W A S D: move
- Mouse: look around (click the game to start)
- Left mouse button: use the selected item (place, shoot, grab, throw)
- Right mouse button: aim with guns / second action
- Space: jump (go up in the helicopter)
- Shift: run (go down in the helicopter)
- 1–6: choose an item in the bar
- Q: open the Items menu
- R: rotate an item before placing it
- F: use doors and levers, get in and out of vehicles
- Esc: settings and pause

Controls (phone and tablet): move with the joystick on the left, swipe to look around, and use the on-screen buttons for actions, jumping and the Items menu.
